KCAP with interdisciplinary team best runner-up in competitive dialogue Köln-Kreuzfeld

The design team led by KCAP finishes as the best runner-up for the development of the new urban district Kreuzfeld in Cologne. Our design concept, called ‘Kreuzfelder StadtNatur’ focuses on urban nature. It proposes an ecologically sensitive urban development with a differentiated structure of open spaces. Integrating aspects of sustainable infrastructure and climate adaptation.

New Branitz Baumuniveristät

Like many historic gardens, the Branitz park in Cottbus is also suffering from the consequences of climate change. Increasingly dry summers, unusually mild winters and more frequent storms are already causing massive damage to the tree population. To counteract this, the Foundation Fürst-Pückler-Museum (FFPM) is breaking new ground with the “Branitz Baumuniversität” project.

The new Pankower Tor
