FJP took the opportunity of the beautiful late summer days at the end of September to do something together once again. We made our way to the idyllic Döllnsee (actually Großdöllner See) in the Schorfheide, around 50 kilometres north of Berlin. The aim was not only to enjoy the great weather and serene nature for two days, but also to analyse and reflect on our daily collaboration in the office. The aim was to brainstorm ideas for even better, more flexible, more efficient and more communicative cooperation in our day-to-day work. In doing so, it was very helpful to collect and bring together the numerous cross-unit perspectives and experiences.
In addition to dealing with the content of our everyday office life, we also wanted to have fun as a team and enjoy the countryside. The entertaining weekend programme – once again many thanks to our fantastic FJP organisation team – included lots of fun activities, such as a treasure hunt in the woods and meadows, sometimes across the Döllnsee, as well as collective mental mapping. Evening get-togethers, optional wellness, a dip in the lake, games and small sporting tournaments completed the fun we had together.
We not only took a lot of impressions and inspiration back to Berlin with us, but also the certainty that we harmonise perfectly as a team – even if we can still make a few adjustments in our day-to-day work, which we will do in future.
