Blankenburg framework plan – Kick-off workshop

Blankenburg framework plan

On 1 July, the first public forum on the “Blankenburg framework plan” project took place in the Alt-Karow primary school with around 40 participants. The aim of the event was to present the analysis prepared by the planning team (UmbauStadt + Hoffmann-Leichter + FJP) and to gain additional insights for the further development of the framework plan.

In the first part of the kick-off forum, all interested parties were able to mark the good and bad places in Blankenburg in their opinion on a large aerial photo carpet and also note down corresponding wishes. This was followed by the workshop phase at themed tables. There, the three overarching themes of the strengths and weaknesses analysis (urban space, mobility and transport, green and open spaces) were the subject of lively discussion and numerous ideas and additions were collected.

In addition to the kick-off forum for the Blankenburg framework plan, it is currently also possible to participate in the project online. Everyone has the opportunity to get involved at meinBerlin.de until 1 August 2024.
