Metropolengespräche: Ideas 2070, pt. 6

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of Greater Berlin, the Architekten- und Ingenieurvereins zu Berlin-Brandenburg is holding several events to shed light on the past, present and future of the Berlin metropolis. In addition to the international urban planning competition “Berlin-Brandenburg 2070” and the current exhibition “The Unfinished Metropolis”, urban development “Metropolgespräche” are taking place in parallel. The aim of the series is to discuss political, administrative, economic, cultural and civil society aspects and thus provide a platform for constructive debate on the future of the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region.

As participants in the competition “Berlin-Brandenburg 2070”, the planning team CKSA and FJP will explain their idea of a climate-neutral urban agenda for the capital region on 18 November from 19:00 – 20:00. Due to the current situation of the pandemic, the presentation will be broadcast as a live stream.

Further details on the event can be found on the website of the Architekten- und Ingenieurvereins zu Berlin-Brandenburg.
