Partial Land Use Plan “Wind Energy”, Lübben

Client: Stadt Lübben (Spreewald) | Lubin (Błota)
Period: 2018-2023
Dimension: 121 km²

The city of Lübben in the Spreewald is currently carrying out the procedure for drawing up the “Wind energy” sectoral land use plan for the city of Lübben. The spatial scope of the functional partial land use plan “Wind Energy” covers the entire urban area of the town of Lübben and covers an area of 12,085 ha. The aim of the “Wind energy” partial land-use plan is to enable the controlled development of wind energy utilisation in the town area, which is privileged in outdoor areas. By designating corresponding special areas, spatially significant wind turbines are to be bundled. The development of the partial land use plan is based on a spatial analysis of the utilisation of wind energy. In addition, the results of the early and formal public and official consultations are incorporated into the plan.

In addition to the partial land use plan, FUGMANN JANOTTA PARTNER also revised the Lübben landscape plan in 2018-2021.
