Marina Resort Bad Saarow

Bad Saarow, a town in Brandenburg near Berlin, decided to revitalize its former bathing beach “Neptune”. Artprojekt Real Estate is developing the “Marina Resort Bad Saarow”. Located on the lake’s bank, the facility will have an open design and be in close touch with nature. Next to new apartment buildings created by David Chipperfield Architects, two hotels and several restaurants are being built. The project will also reconstruct the beach area and pier.

Planners will pay special attention to nature conservation and environmental protection as nature has reconquered many spots in this place since the facilities were abandoned in the nineties.
