Founded in 1986, our planning office now covers the entire range of landscape, open space and object planning across Germany thanks to our experienced employees. In 2015 we became a partnership enterprise under German law as we strengthened our team with two new partners.Now, we took the opportunity to found a limited liability partnership under German law (Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung – PartG mbB). So we added “mbB” to our partnership enterprise:

Nothing changes for you as our business partner. The GbR was taken over by the partnership enterprise without any changes in 2015. In turn, the resulting partnership enterprise was fully integrated in the PartG mbB. Liability for all previous and current projects is fully assumed by the new corporate type. Coverage for the VHV remains unchanged and you retain your full warranty claim regarding our planning services.
