Conflicts and emotional encounters are part of our profession and are what make it so lively – now we have the professional tools to smooth over our differences! Our senior team leader for landscape planning, Bettina Dickson completed her training as a mediator (in accordance with the Federal Association for Mediation’s qualification standard 208 h) successfully at IK Berlin in October 2014.
When planning processes, discussions and negotiations seem to be going nowhere fast, these additional mediation skills allow us to take advantage of a structured procedure that makes it easier to find fair solutions for all conflict parties. Needless to say that mediation techniques also spill over into our moderation.
